90.2. For the purposes of this section, “average wholesale price” means the average wholesale price for a vehicle of the same brand, model and characteristics entered in the most recent edition of any of the road vehicle value guides, as the case may be, referred to in section 55.0.2 of the Act respecting the Québec sales tax (chapter T-0.1).
